The Airport.
The Portland International Airport hosted a "Air Fair" today. Part of the family went to it, and it was really fun. They had a 45 min tour of the airfield on a big bus. The tour guy was a pretty high ranking official and talked pretty much the whole time. For instance, to keep geese and other birds away they have remote controlled propane cannons that make a loud noise to scare the geese away. Stuff that you would never think of.

Anyways, I was going to say your family needs on of those things because a stupid squawking bird practically woke me up every day too early.
You need to post more photos.
